SKEWERZ

Created by Mason Osborn, Skewerz is an original concept bringing big flavour to the Brunswick through richly marinated meat and vegetable skewers. Come hungry and find your favourite Skewerz served on a warm flatbread.

Alongside the skewers, tuck into crispy wings, sea-salt fries or loaded Garlic Parm, Truffle Parm and Samurai fries. Add homemade guacamole with tortilla chips or cucumber in chilli crisp dressing, and explore house sauces ranging from creamy confit garlic mayo to a rich mustard veloute.

Sundays will bring a Skewerz twist to the classic roast: roast beef, chicken or pork belly skewers, with vegetarian options available. Served with roast potatoes, seasonal greens, carrots, parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, carrot purée and gravy, it’s a Sunday lunch with a twist.
