Margaux’s Star Chart and The EMC bring you a night of Indy, Alt Rock originals that react to and draw inspiration from current geopolitical news, the ebbs and flows of our human experience and the symptoms of an increasingly fractured society.

Margaux’s Star Chart:

Expect a good mix of light-hearted, melancholic and at times, quite dark and heavy, catchy tunes to nod and singalong to.

The EMC:

The EMC based in Brighton, UK have been brewing up their own unique sound for some time.Blending lone song writing material and the raw edge of alternative rock, the songs tell stories of emotions and images of love, loss, anguish and redemption.From clear acoustic tones to saturated layers of guitar and bass effects supported by a foundation of solid drums, The EMC share a desire to create exciting new music and the escapism and catharsis that the creative process generates.

Imogen Devaney

Imogen Devaney is a 26 year old lesbian singer-songwriter. Raised in Switzerland and now based in Brighton, UK, Imogen has been writing music for over 15 years. Inspired by artists such as Lucius, Sheryl Crow, Amy Winehouse, The Corrs, Carleen Anderson and Anna B Savage, Imogen’s sound is melody-focused, heart-wrenching, overly honest and playful. She adores women’s voices and ideas, and prides herself on never having any idea what men are talking about. Her newest album, Pleasure Zoo, is Mother Nature’s fan mail and a recommendation to heal outside.
