FATTO A MANO
Founded in Brighton in 2015, Fatto a Mano specialises in Neapolitan pizza. Their dough is prepped daily and left to prove for 24 hours, then topped with ingredients sourced from Italian and independent British suppliers. Each pizza is cooked quickly at a high temperature for a soft, airy base.
