An intimate night of beautiful music and storytelling at the Brunswick.
Featuring:
SON OF THE SKIES: Songwriter and storyteller Son of the Skies (aka Bradley Wescott) brings his stunning blend of alt-pop/folk music and the heartfelt tales from his many adventures to the Brunswick for the very first time. Having grown up in a world where innocence wasn’t safe to express, Bradley tenderly touches upon the darker aspects of his early life experiences and how they have shaped the man he is today. Heavy lyrics meet light, joyful melodies to reflect the shadow and light of this world and the many ironic ways that the smiles and struggle dance together. Son of the Skies music is now making its way to the wider world. A bow to the unlimited possibilities, the infinite expansion, and the power we have as humans to meet and move life in remarkable ways. .....................................................................................................................................
OKTOBA: Oktoba is the Alt Folk project of Brighton-based singer songwriter Chris Athorne whose rich, deep and captivating songs have been performed across the UK and US (as well as on Love Island!). .....................................................................................................................................
ALY: ALY is an indie rock, indie folk singer-songwriter based in Brighton, UK. Born and raised in Greece, ALY’s music has certainly been influenced by traditional Eastern sounds, carefully combined with poetic lyrics and ethereal vocal melodies. Through her music, ALY is seeking to connect with those who observe life through a more melancholic lens.
