The Jazz Jamboree Orchestra (JJO) is a Sussex based amateur jazz ensemble directed by trombonist Mark Bassey. It comprises 25-30 musicians - brass, saxes, woodwind, rhythm section and vocalists. The orchestra play a wide variety of styles including many jazz classics and some original compositions - swing, latin, funky, rocky. The arrangements are by Mark and other members of the group.
