Tai Shan and Erika Olson, two acclaimed songwriters, are joining forces for an epic summer tour across the UK in 2026.  Bringing together two distinct musical journeys - Tai, an award-winning songwriter from the heart of Nashville and Erika, a former attorney-turned-storytelling ex-pat living in the English countryside.  Together, Tai and Erika create a show that’s built on harmony, grit, and the wild stories that made them.

Each distinguished in their own right, together Tai & Erika bring twice the stories, twice the songs, and harmony that hits twice as hard.  Erika’s emotionally precise writing and arresting vocals crack open the quiet truths at the centre of her songs, while Tai’s soaring soprano and infectious foot stomping melodies turn everyday events into something to sing about.

TAI SHAN: 

Combining the vintage soul of “Bonnie Raitt with the lyrical poignancy of Joni Mitchell,” Nashville-based, award-winning songwriter Tai Shan’s seventh studio album Wildfire Moon (August 2024) has been hailed by LA Weekly as “simply stunning.” Known for her magnetic live performances, Tai has toured extensively across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, sharing her breezy, road-trippin’ tunes described as “infectious and impossible to sit still to.” She has performed for audiences as varied as Pope John Paul II and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and graced iconic stages including Nashville’s Bluebird Café. A critic’s darling and a songwriter’s songwriter, she is a two-time Kerrville New Folk Finalist and the recipient of the grand prize from both the Rocky Mountain Songwriting Festival and the John Cirrillo Scholarship Fund.

ERIKA OLSON: 

Heralded by Americana Highway as “a modern-day troubadour” Erika brings her unique blend of folk, pop and Americana to life with endearing artistry and a powerful live connection. Her debut album, This Is How I Pray (May 2023), earned Erika recognition as a finalist in Holler's inaugural songwriting competition, secured her a coveted spot in the much-beloved Purbeck Rising Competition, and performed at festivals and venues across the UK, including the Black Deer Festival, The Green Note, Local and Live, Hastings Fat Tuesday, Elderflower Fields, Wick St and Banbury Canal Festival and

beyond.
