Brighton King Night: Boylesque

HOT. SEXY. FUNNY. Three words that rule the world… Brighton King Night is a close second. Dancing? Sensual reveals? Awkward (but charming) stripping when a drag king has to take off his boots before taking off his trousers? A hot priest? A lamp lady? We got it all. 

Brighton King Night is the city’s BIGGEST Drag King show! Each night, co-daddies Jack Fruit and Prince of Persia invite a lineup of Kings, Things, aliens, clowns, poets, popstars and EVEN MORE to delight and amaze you… there’s a reason Brighton King Night has sold out every show so far!

After an all Black Kings line-up last month, the boys are back this May to celebrate T-Boys and Drag Kings in a BOYLESQUE themed show. Come see hosts Jack Fruit and Prince of Persia alongside guests and an Open Mic performer (keep an eye on our Instagram for the full line-up announcement).

Our shows take place in The Brunswick’s main venue. The venue is on the ground floor, to the side of the main bar. There is level access throughout the ground floor and an accessible toilet in the main bar area. The event is mixed seated and standing. This is not a masked event. Those with cold and flu symptoms are asked to not attend - please prioritise the safety of your community. Where possible, we encourage folks who’ve recently had (or had contact with) flu symptoms to take an LFT and wear a mask to the event.
