There is something incredibly special about being in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself.
ADHD The Experience is more than a comedy night. It’s a warm, welcoming community event where neurodivergent people can unmask, relax, laugh loudly, stim freely, connect with like-minded humans and feel genuinely understood.
Whether you’re ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, questioning, self-diagnosed, formally diagnosed, or simply neuro-curious, you are welcome here.
And this one is going to be extra special.
The last show for a while
After eight brilliant events, this will be the final ADHD The Experience for a while as Suzi steps back and slows things down a little.
Instead of four shows a year, there will likely only be one or two going forward.
So if you’ve been meaning to come along, this is your sign.
Please grab your ticket ASAP — these events regularly sell out

Why people love ADHD The Experience
Because it feels different.
People leave feeling lighter. More connected. More themselves.
There’s something powerful about laughing at the things you usually hide. About hearing your own experiences reflected back from the stage. About spending an evening where you can just… be.
No awkward networking. No pretending to have it all together. No pressure to perform neurotypicality.
Just a genuinely brilliant evening with brilliant people.
Come as you are
You do not need to be “good socially.” You do not need to be extroverted. You do not need to know anyone.
Come alone or bring friends. Come overstimulated, excited, anxious, chatty, quiet or somewhere in between.
There will be people just like you in the room.
Don’t miss this one
ADHD The Experience has become a genuinely loved part of the neurodivergent community.
If you’ve been thinking about coming for a while, this is the show to book.
Come laugh. Come unmask. Come feel part of something.
