Down The Lanes Events Presents, A Nightmare before Christmas! Get ready for a furious fusion of Halloween and
Christmas as well as some pulsating music. Featuring a headline performance by the phenomenal Twin Skeletons as well
as the aptly named Spooky Huge and a Down the Lanes favourite, The Birthday Girl.
Twin Skeletons are an incredible band who are just coming off the back of a UK tour. Their fast paced, adrenaline
pumping style leaves audiences floored. They bring a perfect combination of aggressive guitars, aggressive lyrics, and
stunning vocals. Playing their first ever show in Brighton they are sure to bring the house down once again!
South of the UKs antidote: TWIN SKELETONS are ready to show what their bones are truly made of. With their all or
nothing approach to putting on a show and their undeniable writing talent, they are looking to make a significant impact
within the industry by revealing what’s really beneath the bones with their effort to bring the alternative scene back to
the forefront of Festival line ups.
Rooted in the vibrant music scene of Brighton, UK. SPOOKY HUGE is an alternative rock band blending the raw intensity
of hard rock with the gritty edge of grunge. Known for their powerful sound and dynamic performances, they craft music
that resonates with heavy riffs, moody atmospheres, and a unique blend of melodic and aggressive elements. With their
distinct style, SPOOKY HUGE brings a fresh yet nostalgic energy to the rock scene. Consisting of Georgi Ball [vocals],
Daniel Curme [guitar], Michael Steadman [bass] and George Shepherd [drums] - their songs delve into themes of
introspection, resilience, and the complexities of the human experience whilst pushing the sonic envelope.
The Birthday girl offers a mix of raw personal lyrics mixed with a remarkable wit. Her songs are mostly autobiographical,
detailing past chapters of her life that have led her to where she is now. Her musical style is somewhere between the
pure emotion of Lana Del Rey and the fast-paced punchy vibes of Wolf Alice. Her latest single is a scathing tune about an
ex with an affinity for Fender Stratocasters. This deeply personal yet funny and catchy song also introduces her fans to
her original love, Tom DeLonge. She has been playing lots of shows in London and Brighton to fantastic receptions.
Wherever The Birthday Girl goes, people can't help but get drawn in by her charm and vulnerability.
