Our number one priority at The Brunswick is the safety of our customers, performers and members of staff. To ensure that all Covid 19 regulations are met and social distancing measures are being effectively put into place we have rolled out the necessary precautions and regulations.

ACCESS

Access to The Venue will be via Holland Road at the fire exit located at the far end of the building (See below) with the doors that access the pub from the venue to be closed. The Venue is then totally separated from the pub during show. Male & Female toilets are accessible in The Venue.

There will be signs on the floor for audience members to queue whilst maintaining social distance and a member of our staff will be working front of house to ensure all measures are being kept.

CAPACITY

  •  The maximum number of performers on stage at one time is four.

  • The capacity for The Venue is 36 and will be strictly seated with tables being unable to be swapped around or moved. Tickets will be purchased in group formats to ensure people are booking as tables and sat together, rather than mixing. Tables and tickets will be as follows:

5x tables of 4

2x tables of 3

4x tables of 2

+ 1x table for performers

SHOW TIMES

Unless stated otherwise, all shows will be running at the following times;

  • Doors will be at 7PM, with live music starting at 7.30PM.

  • There will be a 30minute interval during the show to allow people cigarette breaks and to get some fresh air with the curfew being 10PM. That means all music will need to be finished by this time with audience members clearing out of the space from that time at the latest.

FURTHER MEASURES

  • For performers, all equipment will be sanitised and deep cleaned before every show. Singers are welcome to bring their own vocal microphones, should they have preference for this.

  • The maximum amount of performers on stage at one time is four, with distancing in place on stage.

  • The audience will start two meters from the front of the stage, ensuring that our audience is distanced from performers.

  • There are multiple sanitiser stations in The Venue and the pub itself which we encourage all customers to use.

  • Masks will need to be worn throughout the premises unless seated at a table.

  • Table service will be provided for drinks throughout the show from our staff.

  • The toilets in The Venue operate as a one in, one out system.

We thank you for your efforts in helping us run a covid safe environment and hope you have a wonderful experience with us at The Brunswick.

A member of our staff will be operating the front of house should you have any questions of queries on the night and feel free to call us any time for further enquiries.
